The QFX J-101U is a great and fun radio to use. I purchased three of these from Heartland America in anticipation that the specifics of this model would be replaced. The quality is a match for the price of each unit... However, the AM on Medium Wave does not support Wide Band, therefore no receive from 1600-1710 Khz. No longer available, but the QFX J-22U is a great replacement model! 73's! Mark KC9TSR
